the room was ready upon our arrival, every detail showed care. staff kindness shone through ibrahim and khalid ensured vip treatment. stone tiled floors around the pools enhanced relaxation. complimentary shuttle service to the medina eased exploration. the traditional moroccan dishes and european cuisine tasted amazing.

the taxi fares seemed inconsistent, we faced a flat rate, a two minute drive cost as much as a longer journey. this system made me question the fairness of the pricing.

The staff was unbelievably attentive. Manager ibrahim and waiter khalid. Hiba surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and a cake for our special occasion. I found the overall atmosphere relaxing and well-managed. The free shuttle to the medina was a huge plus.

I found the gym to be a little crowded during peak hours. It could benefit from additional equipment to accommodate all guests.

The food and drinks were excellent. I especially enjoyed the moroccan dishes. Excellent quality and variety was present throughout the stay. A chef created a special dish for us, showing great care.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a massive balcony. It was very quiet and soundproof. The room was beautifully prepared for our arrival, with every detail perfectly taken care of. Great amenities were there and the view was good (i loved it!).

The personnel were pleasant, attentive, and genuinely warm. They always were very good. Karima provided excellent support during my arrival and throughout my stay. Manager samir and chef nour ensured our dietary needs were met (very important to us).

The restaurant staff was wonderful especially Mr Safieddine Jawhara. His smile. All other staff were also great. They should be commended by this hotel.

The air conditioning was not cold enough I did not like that. I had to ask for water at the breakfast buffet as they kept saying it was finished. I had to call five times to get through to reception.
